Q-Wire Technologies provides our customers with record of all work performed via a detailed measurement report. All equipment calibration is done on-premise at one of our manufacturer’s facilities.
Your equipment will receive the following:
- Original manufacturer sticker of calibration
- Full calibration with data and adjustments information
- Genuine manufacturer parts and test procedures
- Factory service note and firmware updates
- Maintenance on any equipment including cleaning, lubrication and minor repair
What is the difference in using a third-party calibration service?
- Many third-party services perform limited calibration which miss faults that a full calibration will catch
- When they do find out-of-specification equipment, they often cannot make the required adjustments and have to quote for repair
- Most third parties cannot repair manufacturers equipment and end up sending the jobs to the manufacturer
- Some third parties use alternate parts or parts from scrapped instruments which cannot guarantee your instrument performance or safety
