As an authorized partner of the manufacturers that we represent, Q-Wire Technologies can assist you with any of your repair & service needs. Most of our repairs include a full certified calibration service, complete with manufacturer certificate and label. Part of the repair service is to ensure that all product parameters test out to the original manufacturing specifications in order to insure “like new” performance. The normal turnaround time for repair is 15 days excluding transit time.
Our customers also have the option to purchase emergency service, which covers immediate assistance and faster repair time. Our manufacturers will ensure that your equipment will be given “parts priority” in the case of unavailability of parts. If we fail to meet our committed date the emergency service fee will be waived.
A 90-day warranty is issued with all of our repair services to cover re-repair and re-calibration free of charge.
